We just released a rough cut of yet another Geiger maps, Geiger Maps Jp. Geiger Maps Jp is a web service to visualize the radiation doze in various locations registered at Pachube (patch-bay), a platform to store, share & discover environmental data. Various timeline-views are available to compare different points in time such as a day, a week, a month or a year (currently, only pre-selected feeds are displayed).
Moreover, we will soon add a map interface like this to let you bookmark multiple feeds to compare: feeds provided by an individual and public agencies, feeds nearby your home and your friend's home etc.

Since the erathquake on March 11st, so much news, information and rumors have been published in various media such as TVs, radios, newspapers, magazines, blog articles and tweets worldwide. As a result, we are confused. We would like to prose this web service as a new media to let us, people living in Japan, handle the situation calmly. Please feel free to give us feedbacks in English or Japanese.
The Geiger Maps Jp development team is Shigeru Kobayashi (@kotobuki), Masahiko Furukata (@furu), Takashi Kondo (@t_kondo) and Motoi Shimizu (@motoishmz).
